WHAT TOURING MEANS

At BITFF, touring refers to the curated presentation of selected films across different locations, venues, or cultural programs during the edition cycle.

Touring is designed to:

extend the life of selected films
reach new and diverse audiences
create contextual screenings rather than one-off events

Touring programs are developed based on programming fit, venue partnerships, and audience relevance.

TOURING CONSIDERATION & FORMATS

Not all selected films are automatically included in touring programs.

Films may be considered for touring based on:

programming relevance
thematic alignment
audience suitability
logistical feasibility

Touring invitations are issued at the festival’s discretion and may occur during or after the main festival window.
